Plumpepper is a culinary social networking site that seeks to provide the most user-friendly and complete interface to its users. It was created out of the passions of its founders, food and wine.
Plumpepper will use the latest technologies to help our users search, post, and share recipes and wine stories with friends and families across the globe. Ever since the beginning, food has always been the simplest of creations, yet in today’s times, this simplicity, this amazing joy, is often times over-looked. The media spotlight has always been focused on the big celebrity chefs and the fancy restaurants, more so in today’s age than ever. Our goal is to bring some of the glory to home chefs as well, through the art of real cooking and interaction with other “foodies.”
We at Plumpepper often times look to the European style of living, where the French, Italian, and Spanish revel in this simple treasure called food, falling back on their love for a fine baguette that melts in the mouth or a crisp rosé that pairs beautifully with an almond-crusted salmon.
Our sincere hope is that our users will be able to use this website in a way that enhances their lives through food and wine, just as it has done for us.
